A full-service experiential marketing shop, they aim to build brand affinity with their marketing platforms –- lifestyle, entertainment, relationships, you name it, they’re marketing it.
You’ve already got years of experience in a recruitment role within a creative services environment. You’ve racked up scores of hires for multiple roles at multiple levels, and your hyper-attention to staying organized is a defining characteristic. While your expert negotiating skills may wow folks, it’s your strategic way of thinking and your fast, flawless execution of plans that really sets them back on their heels.
We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts self-starter and team player. Things move fast around here, and while no one will stop to hold your hand, they will stop to listen to a great idea, and put their heads together with you in order to make it happen.
It’s no overstatement to say that, as the Recruiting Manager, you’ll play an integral part in helping this client continue on their trajectory of growth. Along with senior management, you will help to shape the vision of the company by contributing to the development of the organization and its employees.
There is a constant pipeline of all roles and all levels of candidates, and it will be up to you to keep the flow going. You’ll source, recruit, and manage the internal interview process with candidates, generate and negotiate offer letters, and act as a general point of contact for the agency.
