This two-billion-dollar market leader in the personalized products space is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join a brand new team in their booming Sales Operations and Analytics department. It’s a shared services model, meaning that you will be responsible for building dashboards, creating leads, and supporting the executive team in developing a winning strategy that will help the sales team focus their resources (especially within small and medium sized accounts).
Business imagination is key: you’ll collect and consolidate data from multiple sources, use your analytical skills to provide actionable insights for sales and marketing teams, and see the impact of your work in near real-time.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field and previous experience in Sales Operations or Business Analysis. Salesforce experience is crucial. Ideally, you have Power BI experience and/or experience with data visualization for sales teams to use for more strategic prospecting. It’s great if you’ve used predictive analytics to predict future customer behavior based on past experiences. Experience with SQL or other data querying languages is a must.
