A renowned NYC-based healthcare institution is looking for a motivated and talented Senior Data Analyst to join their growing analytics team and drive the development of the nation’s best-in-class Marketing and Communications analytics infrastructure. This role is crucial to the evolution of this institution’s Digital Analytics practice, driving the development of analytics infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making around their digital patient experience, workforce experience, and communications and marketing practices.
You’ll be responsible for analyzing campaign performance across the marketing funnel, using data from digital touchpoints that include public websites, patient portals and tools, cutting-edge mobile apps, and advanced visitor kiosks. The insights you derive will help optimize current campaigns, improve future campaigns, and justify marketing spend.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
Data is your passion: you’re pumped to dig into it every day to identify and solve problems. Your strong written and spoken communication skills enable you to explain your work clearly and build support for your ideas. It’s amazing if you have 3+ years of experience with SQL, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau. Power BI and Google Analytics skills are also extremely valuable.
You have a deep understanding of display and rich media, content marketing, social marketing, CRM marketing, partner marketing, and digital and non-digital tactics. Plus, you know your way around marketing technology systems like DSPs, ESPs, DMPs like Sizmek, Search Ads from Bing and Google, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Doubleclick Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, Comscore, Video Platforms, Social Platforms etc. – you get the point! A solid understanding of marketing pixels and their value to digital marketing efforts is a must. Familiarity with statistical, programmatic, and algorithmic attribution models and how to apply them is a plus. Knowledge of big-data technologies and ways of working is preferred.
