Salary range: $120,000 to $135,000 per year

Their clients are varied – Duke, NYU Langone, Citi, Twitter, Amex etc. – but what they all have in common is significant complexity and millions and millions of eyeballs.
As Senior Digital Program Manager, you’ll get the chance to work hands-on with their roster of high-profile clients and get a ton of exposure. You’ll work cross-functionally with technology, creative, strategy and new business, shepherding the documentation and tracking of features and functionality throughout the lifecycle of a project. You’ll initiate the QA process, including visual and functional QA during development, launch, and post-launch, as well as the creation of CMS training materials for clients where applicable. You’ll be at the center of a fast-paced environment, prioritizing daily, weekly and project deliverables and facilitating decisions among stakeholders, all while maintaining process and best practices. You’ll also act as the client liaison, breaking down and translating requirements, milestones, and challenges into comprehensible language and achievable objectives. In short, you’re the information conduit both internally and externally.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of Producer experience in an agency, digital consultancy, or other environment working on full-scale site builds for multiple clients. You’ve developed full sites and custom CMSs in WordPress; experience with other platforms is a plus. Experience managing frontend as well as backend website developers and internal and external development teams/vendors is a must.
You have fluency in project tracking software like Trello, Pivotal, Jira, etc. Familiarity with deployment protocols, source control, hosting, and migrations is welcome. Plus, you should have a basic understanding of the technical limitations and implications of design choices.
