Senior Director of Digital Experience Wanted at a Multi-Location Healthcare Brand
Salary range: $210,000 to $235,000 per year + bonus
Are You the Missing Piece?
This is not a “manage the website and keep things running” role. This is a full-scale digital transformation mandate.
This multi-location healthcare-meets-retail brand is at an inflection point: Strong in ecommerce, solid in product/IT, but missing the connective tissue that makes a digital experience actually feel world-class. That’s why they’re looking for a Senior Director of Digital Experience to step in and define and execute what this best-in-class experience looks and feels like.
You’ll own the full digital ecosystem, from content to ecommerce to the digital experience of appointment scheduling, and turn a fragmented set of touchpoints into a seamless, high-performing, beautiful omnichannel journey. Think less “process operator” and more “experience architect.”
If you’re the kind of leader who obsesses over user journeys, wireframes, CRO, and how content + SEO + UX all ladder up to real business outcomes … keep reading.
What’s it going to take to score an interview?
- 10+ years across digital experience, ecommerce, or digital marketing leadership
- A marketing-first mindset (not an IT/product-heavy profile)
- Experience owning end-to-end digital ecosystems: content site, ecommerce, and conversion funnels
- Deep expertise in UX, CRO, and user journey design—you think in flows, not pages
- Strong POV on SEO, GEO/AEO, and the future of search (LLMs, AI-driven discovery)
- Experience building and optimizing multi-step conversion paths (browse → shop → book → visit)
- Background in multi-location, brick-and-mortar + digital businesses (retail, healthcare, hospitality, services)
- Comfortable in Google Analytics and performance data—you don’t wait for reports to tell you what’s broken
- Proven ability to run A/B testing programs and translate insights into measurable gains
- Experience leading content strategy + CMS ecosystems with a clear performance lens
- Ability to operate across complexity → multiple teams, systems, and disconnected workflows
- Strong design eye + business brain (you care how it looks and how it converts)
Bonus Points If:
- You started your career in UX and evolved into marketing leadership
- You’ve worked on premium / “luxury-leaning” digital experiences
- You’ve helped replatform or redesign large-scale websites and thrive in e-commerce conversion
- You’ve driven omnichannel integration across web, CRM, and in-person experiences
You should take this meeting because …
This is a career-changing opportunity to define the digital experience at a company that knows it needs to level up and has real executive buy-in to make it happen. A year from now, success looks like a site people are proud to show off: Modern, polished, and mobile-first, paired with a true ecommerce engine that’s growing and fully integrated into the business. The customer journey finally feels seamless, connecting discovery, purchase, appointment booking, and in-store experience into one cohesive system instead of a patchwork of disconnected pieces – and you’re the one who made it all happen. If you’ve been stuck owning just one piece of the puzzle, i.e., ecommerce, content, or UX, this is your chance to own the whole thing and actually transform it. It’s a good look – get in touch with us today!
