This Senior Director-level role is for a builder, a translator, and a strategist rolled into one. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, finance, operations, tech, and AI, turning messy data into clean, decisive action. Think call-driven demand, performance media, forecasting, predictive models, and exec-level storytelling — all with real P&L impact.
No brand-only fluff here. This is performance marketing with teeth, phones ringing, crews dispatched, revenue booked.
What’s it going to take to score an interview?
- You’ve owned customer acquisition analytics end-to-end — setting targets, choosing channels, measuring performance, and optimizing results.
- You’ve worked in a call-center-driven, B2C environment where leads turn into conversations, bookings, closes, and real unit economics.
- You know your way around CAC, LTV, payback, conversion rates, CPD, MCR, forecasting, and attribution — and can explain the “so what” to a CFO or CEO.
- You’ve partnered closely with Finance, Ops, BI, and Technology to drive decisions, not dashboards.
- You’re comfortable being both strategic and hands-on — guiding the vision while staying close to the numbers.
- Bonus points if your background includes home services, consumer services, PE-backed multi-location brands, or subscription-style B2C.
