Our client is investing in a complete re-envisioning of its sales platforms so they’ll run lighter, tighter, faster, and further. Their big plans demand a product leader who can effectively maintain and innovate the customer transaction journey end-to-end, from account creation to cart to checkout, on web, mobile web, and app. You’ll be dealing with massive traffic, a deep SKU database, and rigorous security.
Make no mistake, this is a heavyweight role that demands solid knowledge of technology as well as strategy: you’ll need to speak HTTP, REST, and JSON with the enterprise team reporting up into you, and no one will have time to provide you with closed captions. You’ll be overseeing three product managers — one for transactions, one for payments, and one for post-transactions — and collaborating with stakeholders across the product and technology organizations to integrate your solutions rapidly and effectively.
