What’s it going to take to score an interview?
- You exude boss energy: We are looking for someone with 2+ years of Director / Senior Director-level work experience
- CPG /omnichannel retail is your jam: CPG brand or Omnichannel Retail experience from big box superstores (Walmart, Target etc.) is highly preferred. Note, if you have experience at a research data organization that’s also great, as long as you have a strong focus on retail.
- You’re schooled: MBA is a big plus.
- You live in/around Atlanta or NYC: Hybrid role, you’ll commute to the office 3 days/week
- You’ve led a sizable team (10+): You’ve managed managers who are overseeing analysts and/or managers who are overseeing ICs within a data organization. The team needs to learn from you. You’ll be managing a team of senior managers that is very high fidelity, so they are going to be expecting a lot!
- Proven experience driving sales Analytics at a CPG or CPG-adjacent Brand: Think Coke, Pepsi or P&G, Unilever. Alternatively, we will consider other highly scaled Omnichannel Retailers like Walmart, Target, CVS or CPG-adjacent companies that also have high-fidelity Sales Analytics teams like Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy, etc.
- Stakeholder management is one of your Superpowers: You’re highly adept at operating effectively and managing up in a complex organization.
