The Backstory:
You know that moment when an industry is stuck doing things the same old way—and someone finally builds the product that flips the script? That’s this company. They’re an AI-first SaaS startup giving media planning teams at agencies a faster, smarter, saner way to go from strategy to execution.
Fresh funding? Check. Real traction with enterprise clients? Double check. They’re scaling fast and need a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can turn complex, AI-powered workflows into jaw-droppingly elegant tools that will change media planning forever.
If you’re the kind of engineer who thrives on early-stage dynamism and loves watching your builds transform the way people work—welcome home.
What It Takes
You’ve spent serious time building world-class SaaS products—maybe in AdTech, MarTech, workflow, or productivity software. You write clean, performant code, think like a designer, and enjoy solving hard architectural problems.
You’re a builder. You see around corners. You ask “why?” before “how?” You’ve worked big enough to learn structure, small enough to move fast, and you’re itching to own something end-to-end.
Your sweet spot? Translating complex data ecosystems into fluid, intuitive experiences. You don’t wait for direction—you own outcomes. The best-fit candidates come from working in worlds where interfaces live and die by clarity, prediction and speed. If you know how to build for scale and velocity, you’re in the mix.
Technical Chops:
- Fluent in modern JS frameworks (Vue.js, React, or similar) and advanced TypeScript patterns
- Expert in RESTful APIs, data flow, and front-end/back-end integration
- Solid with HTML, CSS, responsive design, and performance optimization
- Deep knowledge of component-based architecture and state management
- Familiar with design systems, accessibility, and build tools
- Bonus: data viz (D3, Chart.js, Three.js) and Figma
- Major plus: hands-on experience developing AI or machine-learning features
What You’ll Do
Your mission: build interfaces that make AI feel simple, human, and effortless.
You’ll lead the charge on:
- Designing and developing full-stack web systems (Node.js, Vue.js, TypeScript)
- Turning briefs into intuitive, high-performing UIs
- Building dashboards that make complex analytics as clear as a scoreboard
- Improving performance, accessibility, and design integrity across the board
- Coaching junior devs, enforcing quality standards, and setting the tone for world-class engineering
- Collaborating across teams to embed AI into the product without overwhelming the user
You’ll own the front end from architecture to polish—making sure every interaction feels clean, fast, and alive. And you’ll lead the back-end integration. So you really need to wear both front-end and back-end hats.
Why Now?
This company is scaling up big time – and moving fast. They’ve got major clients lined up, funding secured, and killer momentum going. What they need now is a full stack web engineer ready to shape how AI shows up in the real world for their clients—and make it look beautiful while doing it.
This role gives you real creative freedom, meaningful equity, and a chance to help reinvent how the multi-billion-dollar media side of the ad industry works—all from wherever you want to plug in your laptop.
If clean code, elegant products, and rapid growth sound like your idea of fun, this is the one to chase.
