For the role of Senior Manager and Product Owner, Omnichannel, this iconic player in on- and off-line retail needs a visionary leader who can conceptualize the ultimate customer shopping experience, organically and without artificial boundaries. It will be your job to break down the kind of silos that keep other brick-and-mortar players from delighting their customers with a truly seamless experience, and to leverage the company’s physical presence to offer distinct advantages over online-only competitors. You’ll be the chief idea-creator, trend-watcher, and data-gatherer for all things omnichannel.
As the leader of a team of senior product managers recruited from the Who’s Who of top e-commerce competitors, you’ll be the champion of the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for delivery and fulfillment, evangelizing your ideas to the business’s leadership and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders in development, UX, logistics, merchandising, and more to execute your team’s remarkable ideas.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
With at least 8 years of experience in customer-focused product management, you’ve played leading roles in building innovative end-to-end product solutions at well-known brands or ground-breaking startups. You’ve been a charismatic leader of product management teams who has welded the work of talented, creative teammates into a cohesive, holistic customer experience that drives conversion and revenue. While omnichannel, e-commerce, or retail experience are big pluses, you could be coming from a wide variety of industry verticals, as long as you’ve presided over big, end-to-end, customer- and data-centric solutions.
