Compensation range: $110,000 to $140,000 salary per year, plus bonus

The leading U.S. provider of heating/ ventilation/ air conditioning (HVAC) and plumbing services is in a high-growth period (let’s face it, we all need their help sometimes!). This business is going nowhere but up (it’s a 1.5-billion-dollar company and growing), and that’s where you come in:
To keep up with their expansion, they’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to oversee the entire Central Division of their business. This is a critical role in which you will oversee the marketing efforts for all the regions within this division, manage the Region Marketing Managers assigned to locations within this division, and collaborate with Division management teams and the corporate Marketing Center of Excellence (“COE”) team.
You will manage marketing and lead-generation strategies for assigned retail locations and ensure that the Region Marketing Managers within that division are maximizing marketing strategies and budgets effectively. It will be your responsibility to continually search for new ways to improve or enhance the division, including marketing tactics, new programs, branch and region efficiencies, and operational execution driven by marketing insights.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
We are looking for someone with 7+ years of marketing and analytical experience. You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. A strong combination of B2C, franchise, and service industry experience is preferred. It goes without saying that you have strong leadership and team management skills. You must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Power Point). You can make smart, data-driven decisions. Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence or data visualization tools is preferred.
