The Hired Guns are seeking a Senior Media Planner who specializes in Paid Social to lead campaign strategy for an iconic retailer racking up groundbreaking digital sales and soaring e-commerce growth.

As Senior Media Planner of all things Paid Social, you’ll be putting together strategic advertising plans for this iconic re/e-tailer’s vendors and advertising clients. These will span across all media offerings—onsite, offsite, social, and PLAs, with a focus on optimizing the media mix. This role partners with sales and accounts and is strictly focused on Paid Social Media. You will be juggling a large annual social budget (around $70-100 million) and prioritizing 70-80% of all spend on Facebook and Instagram. You’ll also be working with Snapchat, Twitter, and Pinterest.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have 3+ years of experience as a Media Planner, specifically in Paid Social (please, only apply for this role if you have Paid Social Media experience!) You get excited about the limitless possibilities that Paid Social Media poses for growth, specifically within the e-commerce realm. You’re comfortable operating with a large annual social budget (ballpark $70-100 million). Working with a high volume of campaigns is totally doable for you – we’re talking 20 campaigns per season and 10 campaigns per month. You’re fluent on all the ins and outs of social media and you have your finger on the (click)pulse of the latest paid social trends as they pertain to retail media. Oh, and if you have A/B testing experience, that’s a big plus.
