In your current role — be it a client-facing one at an agency or in the marketing department of a large e-commerce company — you have a successful track record of using testing tools to optimize digital experiences on heavily trafficked sites that require some sort of customer conversion (credit card, newsletter subscription, etc.). You have a strong UX orientation and are highly adept at building wireframes. You are a devotee of user-centered design and hold strong opinions about digital business, user experience, branding and design. We’d love a true Omniture specialist who can take the reins, own the client relationship, and show them how to take it to the next level. Your career path has prepared you well for a highly visible role involving managing a team and interfacing confidently with C-level client-side managers across multiple functions.
As an Optimization Manager at this Fortune 500 tech company, you will be partnered with some of the world’s top companies with responsibility for driving substantial and measureable lifts in their online businesses. You’ll dive into the weeds with them when it comes to gathering, interpreting, and acting on the data. In this role, you will design optimization roadmaps to drive positive ROI under tight deadlines, analyze large data sets and make recommendations around follow-up tests. You will then build optimization plans using A/B testing, multivariate testing, segment-based targeting, behavioral targeting, SEM, display ad serving, and hosted pages/flows leveraging client APIs. You will help guide your clients by building detailed wireframes and will manage their creative production in order to accomplish testing goals.
Experience with the Omniture suite of products (SiteCatalyst, Test&Target, etc.) and observational customer research (listening labs, usability, eye tracking, etc.) is a major plus. If you have a handle on Photoshop, PHP and ROR too, they’ll be over the moon.
