The Hired Guns are seeking a Senior Producer for our client, a global agency with a very integrated approach to advertising campaigns, to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of large-scale projects, including discovery, resource allocation, creative development, technical production, and quality assurance.
We are looking for a self-starter who is tremendously detail-oriented and has the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and quickly process information. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of successfully developing projects from start to completion. Experience working at an interactive ad agency, producing video, and developing social networking functionality is highly desirable.
You are an outstanding communicator, a dedicated team player, and a consummate diplomat in garnering the support you need from many different functional groups within an organization. You perform extremely well under pressure and can keep your eyes on the prize of successful, on-time project completion even in a fog of competing agendas.
Very strong Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project skills are required, as is a high degree of overall technology savvy.
As Senior Producer, you’ll manage multiple projects that run the gamut of complex websites, campaign mini-sites, email campaigns, and comprehensive online media campaigns. You’ll write project SOWs, estimates, and detailed project plans, and manage budgets, timelines, and agency and vendor resources to ensure a quality experience on large- and small-scale projects alike.
