You have a wealth of experience delivering complex websites for the likes of financial services behemoths, multi-nationals, or other B2B2C orgs (like non-profits and universities) You’re proud of those times you hit deadlines despite a dearth of budget or calendar — you’ll be given plenty of both here, because clutch types like yourself have earned it.
You’re a hands-on leader, and daily scrums are your daily yums. But you’re authoritative, not authoritarian. You hold the right-brained types to deadlines and the left-brains to the human element that justifies the campaign’s existence. You’ll be responsible for the timeline and budget, so this isn’t a gig for someone who lacks either vision or foresight.
