This prestigious digital agency helps create cutting-edge products for big-name tech and design companies, and they’re looking for an efficient and exceptionally organized Senior Project Manager to manage large-scale interactive projects. As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all projects from conception and design to development and implementation. You will be tasked with planning and prioritizing all deliverables while simultaneously coordinating with different departments across multiple projects. This role is also client-facing, so you need to be ready to manage client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets, and scopes. You will be the eyes and ears when it comes to creating detailed project requirements (creative, multimedia, etc.), including drawing up creative briefs, staff plans, roadmaps, and budgets. There is huge room for growth at this rapidly scaling, super-successful, highly spirited agency. Plus, you will get to mentor and manage junior employees. In short, this role will help everyone stay on track, but it’s not about numbers…it’s about solidifying a happy team and putting out great work.

Organization and attention to detail are your top qualities. You are super-curious about all things digital, and you have an insatiable passion for the latest tech news, events, products, and trends. You have 5+ years of demonstrated experience planning, scheduling, and producing project activities. You’re 100% at ease with being a self-directed individual contributor (you won’t be managing anyone in this role). It’s easy for you to apply creative and strategic thinking to all your work, and it goes without saying that you have masterful project management skills that satisfy project requirements. Experience conducting and leading kick-off and status meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams is a must. You should have a strong understanding of web, social, mobile, and emerging technologies, as well as the ability to develop and implement a project-management methodology. You can go toe-to-toe with designers, and you have working knowledge of Figma or Smartsheet. Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
