The Hired Guns are seeking a self-motivated SEO Manager to own the SEO Channel – Technical and Content – at the nation’s leading public safety apparel and equipment company.

Salary range: $90,000 to $110,000 per year

In this role you will work in close collaboration with management and team members to coordinate, oversee and execute day-to-day and long-term activities for all organic search activities. This includes keyword and ranking research, content SEO, and technical SEO. Your goal is to deliver quality traffic to this company’s e-commerce properties and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets. Big impact, huge rewards.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…

Ideally, you have 6+ years of e-commerce experience, including at least 3 years of deep organic search implementation, audit and planning experience. You have a balanced understanding of Technical and Content SEO. You’re a natural leader with the ability to inspire team members to create positive results on time. Detailed knowledge of SEO current and evolving best practices, concepts, statistics, trends, and industry developments is a must. Plus, you must have proven experience delivering results through search engine optimization efforts and concepts. To do this job right, you need to have advanced skills in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bing Webmasters, ahrefs, SEMrush, Excel, PowerPoint, and other organic search tools and platforms.
