We are The Hired Guns, and we take a human approach to recruitment. We work with a variety of clients — from major tech companies to digital media start-ups — and we pride ourselves on finding the best candidates for our clients. We are looking to add a handful of nimble, dedicated Talent Agent – Recruiters to our team who will find and reach out to candidates, prepare them for interviews, and celebrate the big wins when our clients make an offer. This is a great opportunity to help talented people land their dream jobs while also earning attractive compensation in a supportive, collaborative environment.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You come from an industry where cold calling, pitching, writing, and moving at a rapid clip is part of your nature. (Journalists, publicists, content creators, sales leads, and project managers do really well here!) You love talking to people, are a natural problem solver, and have a can-do, optimistic outlook. You have strong organizational skills and familiarity with productivity tools like Trello, Google Drive, Calendly, and more (because you’re always looking for new apps and hacks that will help you work smarter rather than harder). You’re a natural people-person who enjoys the chase and landing and closing deals. Subject-matter expertise in complex technical fields/roles (such as UX / UI, visual design, engineering, and product management) is a big plus, as is experience hiring for such roles.
