We of course use our existing industry knowledge, amassed over twenty years working in the digital talent acquisition landscape, but we also rely heavily on research. For every role we work on, we take painstaking efforts to understand the need at every level, from the conceptual to the hyper-specific. That’s where you come in!
As a Talent Sourcer, you will partner with our recruiters to help them build a competitive knowledge base, both by analyzing the existing talent marketplace, as well as the specific industry landscape. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of each role we work on at The Hired Guns, because it will be your research that directs our strategy when we go to market on the talent side for each role.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You’re highly analytical and find it thrilling to dive into huge sets of both qualitative and quantitative data and unearth rare and communicable insights. You are incredibly fluent and flexible with any sort of software that uses databases–whether it’s Google Adwords, a CRM, an ATS, an EHR platform, the list goes on. The role doesn’t require experience with SQL querying, but you’ll need to have a lot of confidence when it comes to using filters and keywords (Boolean is a huge plus!)
You’re also interested in digital, specifically through the lens of talent acquisition. Of course these days, if it isn’t digital, what is it? But beyond that, this role will have you doing deep dives around all the disciplines mentioned above (i.e. product management, UX, marketing, analytics, and more). These are highly coveted skills in pretty much every organization in the world, and in terms of talent acquisition, they are arguably the most competitive. If you’re someone who’s ready to tackle this incredibly fast-paced, universally relevant sector, you’ll be a great fit for this role.
