This award-winning digital brand agency is looking for a great Visual Designer who loves finding creative ways to solve complex design challenges and help brands add value to people’s lives. In this opportunity, you will be responsible for designing the user interface and content for digital experiences such as websites, mobile apps, web apps, and digital marketing collateral from conception to developer support. This is a remote role, but you’ll be joining an amazing team of 100+ experts in London, New York, and Chicago — all working within a global marketing network.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have 3 – 5 years working as a professional graphic or visual designer. It’s a major plus if you have a BFA or MFA from a top art school. You have a standout portfolio that demonstrates creativity, brand understanding, and a unique point of view on creating digital experiences for modern brands. Your proactive attitude contributes a fresh dimension to your work. You have extensive knowledge of the latest design and UI trends, and you’re an expert in graphic design and visual arts, as well as how they apply to the user interface. You live and breathe color theory, layout, typography, and storytelling using any visual medium. You’re fluent in visual design and prototyping tools, including Figma, InVision and Adobe Suite. You possess a solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies and enough knowledge of HTML / CSS to handle a technical conversation about implementation with developers.
