Salary range: $185,000 to $250,000 per year

This is an ideal white-space opportunity for an organization-builder with strength in partnerships. This role is 50% vision and 50% execution: You will identify partners, build out a sales team, define KPIs and drive sales through strategic deals. The VP of Business Development will own and manage GTM strategy, with a focus on prioritizing valuable customer verticals and defining highly relevant value propositions.

You have a minimum of 10 years of experience leading business development in a high-growth environment. Biz dev / partnership development experience is a must. You thrive on building out user acquisition strategies in a B2B (or B2B2C) environment, including finding – and selling into – high-value strategic partners. Plus, you’re looking for your next challenge where you can drive growth, build teams, and define success.
Your resume is rich in cases when you catalyzed growth and led efforts to find, prioritize, and develop new commercial relationships with partners (with a primary focus on enterprise end users and aggregators). You are excited about building best practices, refining the most effective acquisition strategies, and managing processes to drive revenue.
If you have experience with B2B SaaS business development, you have a leg up on this opportunity. While this company is ultimately selling personalized products, they are also providing businesses a monetizable technology solution to personalize merchandise in quantities as low as one.
