A massively successful player in the promo products world is looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to gather and define business requirements and deliverables for a B2B e-commerce platform. This is a high-impact role: you will draw on customer insights and analysis to shape leadership’s decisions about the future tech stack as well as the business’s overall strategy. You’ll manage scope, requirements, and changes, validate deliverables from the development team, and greenlight sprint releases. You’ll be tasked with translating business needs into well-defined and manageable requirements by wielding a mix of business process analysis, project management best practices, and hands-on troubleshooting using SQL queries. You’ll work closely with internal developers, business stakeholders, and (potentially later on) with outside onsite/offshore contractors to implement customer solutions aligned with the business’s needs. It’s a great opportunity to get lots of exposure and grow alongside a booming, global company.
Note, this is a 6-month, fully remote freelance-to-fulltime role, working on Eastern Time.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an e-commerce environment, with 1+ years of experience writing SQL scripts. You’re excited to focus on B2B e-commerce and work with multiple stakeholders. You have excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a great work ethic. Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills come naturally to you. You are a high-functioning, multi-tasking project manager who’s highly skilled in Agile methodologies, scope management, requirements management, and change management, able to translate business requirements into IT deliverables in a single bound!
