Salary range: $51,000 to $71,000 per year

A global two-billion-dollar promotional products company is looking for a trend-obsessed, highly creative individual to join their brand-new customized product team as Customized Product Assortment Specialist.

In this role you will help launch new products and manage the full life cycle of product assortment. Plus, you’ll support documentation and processes every step of the way.

You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, engineering, and the sourcing team to ensure that all commercialization and management of product and processes goes smoothly. This includes sample management, creating sales collateral, maintaining data integrity, creating reports, data analysis – you get the point.

This is a special role that will contribute to the innovation of this company by supporting assortment growth and sales performance for this business.

This is a fairly entry-level role, so you don’t need a ton of experience. A background in product development, merchandising, planning (or other related field) is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, merchandising, or related field is required.
