This highly lauded real estate company is looking for a talented B2B Marketing Manager to support its massive and growing commercial leasing efforts in the South Florida area. As Marketing Manager you will be tasked with planning and executing strategic acquisition marketing efforts for office properties, with an emphasis on lead generation. You’ll oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on digital, including managing agencies, budgets and timelines for each campaign. As you penetrate the market and grow your footprint, you will then be responsible for driving marketing programs designed to retain and renew tenants while also overseeing brand strategy. This role will interact closely with the company’s customer experience director to ensure target audiences are receiving unparalleled experiences. It goes without saying that you have excellent written/verbal communications and well-developed presentation skills. You’re proactive, resourceful, and flexible, but you’re also a great collaborator who works effectively across multiple departments. Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills are a must. Experience engaging executive leadership is a plus. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance group with high expectations and tight deadlines.
