The Hired Guns are seeking a Digital Media Buyer to support paid social campaigns at a leading digital agency for media, entertainment, and the arts.
The Nitty Gritty
The backstory on the organization and why they need to hire you!
A leading digital marketing agency that works with entertainment, media, and mission-based clients needs a full-time Digital Media Buyer to be a hands-on, end-to-end campaign manager across social media channels. This position will work collaboratively with the digital teams (planning, search and social, programmatic, data, and creative) to successfully deliver high-quality campaigns for arts organizations, social-justice causes, and higher education. This is an opportunity to own the budget, pacing, optimization, and QA of digital advertising campaigns across the entire social media landscape.
Why You?
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have 2+ years of media buying experience (preferably in a digital agency) and are savvy with the tools of the trade (Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, YouTube, Google Search, Google Display Network, Google Analytics). In previous roles, you have demonstrated both knowledge and utilization of first- or third-party data and can point to examples of how you contributed to the optimization of a campaign to meet and surpass campaign KPIs. Your strong organizational and mathematical skills mean you have a reputation for delivering high-quality work on deadline. Previous media trafficking experience is required.
