As Digital Media Specialist, Performance Media, you’ll be driving the strategy for all display media campaigns for this iconic re/e-tailer’s vendors and advertising clients. You will be joining a brand-new digital media team (think startup-style within an established brand), and you will have ownership of all the ins and outs of display media. Your expertise will help expand all strategic audience initiatives. In short, this is an opportunity to drive programmatic media strategy for a top-ten e-commerce company, create real change within a storied institution, and have a voice at one of the nation’s most highly lauded and fastest growing e-tailers.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have 3+ years of experience as a media planner, specifically in programmatic (please apply only if you have programmatic experience!) This includes experience in display media, programmatic, working with DSPs, and knowledge of bidding/trafficking processes. Performance-driving media experience is a must; social and search are great to have. You consider yourself a specialist, not a generalist, when it comes to your niche of media planning. You must be comfortable working with a minimum budget range of $10 million for campaign planning. Perhaps you have expertise or campaign management experience in performance driving or lower-funnel media. Big plus if you come from a digital media agency (within display/programmatic) and you’re looking to go in-house. In short, agency experience is golden here, but if you come from in-house or a publishing company, that’s great, too.
