Salary range: $150,000 to $200,000 per year

This two-billion-dollar market leader in the personalized products space is looking for a fast-moving Director of Customer Engagement and Retention who has launched reward programs and winback strategies for complex organizations with $2 billion to $5 billion in annual revenue.
Your sole focus will be on customer loyalty and on developing customer retention strategies from the ground up. Not only will you be thinking strategically on how to get customers to return, but you’ll also be launching programs to get existing customers to become fully entrenched in the company and its products. You’ll do this by creating holistic sales plans around data-driven customer segmentation and reactivation. It will be your responsibility to communicate with senior leadership and technology teams to get your initiatives off the ground and running. In short, if you want a high-impact IC role that sits at the intersection of tech sales and marketing, then this is the gig for you.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience as a Customer Engagement and Retention leader. You have specific experience creating and executing loyalty reward programs and membership retention/winback strategies for massive billion-dollar businesses. Perhaps you have experience revitalizing dormant customer accounts and/or upselling current customers – you get the idea. A B2B SaaS background is heavily preferred as it’s a very similar selling environment to this company. A product background or corporate sales experience in the food, hospitality, travel industries is preferred. No matter what your past, you must have a proven track record of helping complex organizations experience significant year-on-year growth through winback, loyalty and membership programs, as well as long-tail strategies. You are meticulously confident in launching, owning, and executing on sales strategy, and you have strong stakeholder management chops as a nimble thinker and doer. You can engage with C-suite and tech teams with ease.
