Salary range: $150,000 to $200,000 per year

This two-billion-dollar market leader in the personalized products space is looking for a hands-on inside sales and call center leader to spearhead their Small and Medium Business Growth as Director, Inside Sales Growth. You will oversee the sales strategy and P&L of the SMB sales segment, playing a critical role in driving sales growth and customer retention goals. You will focus on growing four areas: winback, retention, a broader shared wallet, and an element of new logo acquisition too.
This is an Individual Contributor role that comes with significant growth opportunities, including building a team under you based on your initial success.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in inside sales or customer success roles. You must have a BA; an MBA or similar master’s degree is a plus but not required. You’re a digital native, technology forward, and an analytical leader who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves and be scrappy.
You have a sales background and have worked in a call center environment managing 10 or more people. You have a successful track record of building and leading SMB-focused teams and have a deep understanding of the customer journey. Experience in B2B, e-commerce, and two-step distribution experience are required. You have strong knowledge of Salesforce, sales enablement, and marketing automation, and you have expertise in developing digital customer relationships.
