To support the next phase of accelerated growth for this company, which just brought in a staggering $600 million in revenue last year, they’re looking for a seasoned Director of Brand Marketing to elevate brand awareness through widely visible brand campaigns across multiple audiences and channels.
In this role you will be the visual and communication lead overhauling branding for the #1 provider of public safety gear across stores, websites, email, social, digital ads, B2B proposals, and employer branding. Your vision will support messaging and visual design for all internal and external audiences.
Not only will you oversee the brand architecture for all the brands under the umbrella of this company, but you’ll also develop all brand marketing campaigns and lead creative deliverables across the company, including the B2B business. This role’s critical KPI is a demonstrated and continuous improvement in the company’s brand reputation index.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
To land this exciting role, you must have 7+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or communications with a focus on brand strategy. B2B and B2C omnichannel brand experience is paramount. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA strongly preferred.

- Track record of delivering elevated brand awareness through widely visible brand campaigns across multiple audiences
- Proven experience building, getting buy-in, and executing brand marketing plans
- Must have led teams of 5+ members and managed several marketing agencies at once
- Must have a strong track record of successful partnerships to deliver coordinated experience both outside as well as inside the companies
- A highly developed level of creative skills, critical thinking skills, and resourcefulness
- Strong past collaboration with internal communication and HR for employer branding is highly desired
