A high-growth, multi-brand e-commerce business serving military personnel and first responders is looking for a true operator to lead and scale the military segment across 3 sites.
Spoiler alert: This is not a “manage the website” kind of role. Rather, this is full-stack e-commerce leadership with real business ownership. You’ll own the strategy and performance for a fiercely loyal customer base, balancing revenue growth, profitability, customer experience, merchandising, forecasting, marketing, personalization, and omni-channel expansion, all while being deeply embedded in the day-to-day business.

What’s it going to take to score an interview?
- True ownership of a meaningful e-commerce P&L with direct accountability for revenue, margin, profitability, and business performance
- Ability to clearly articulate business metrics, financial impact, operational tradeoffs, and EBITDA contribution
- Strong GM-style leadership experience running e-commerce as a business (not just managing channels or campaigns)
- Hands-on experience across merchandising, UX, digital experience, marketing, operations, inventory, forecasting, and technology
- Comfortable operating inside omni-channel retail environments where e-commerce must integrate with broader business operations
- Proven ability to drive measurable business impact through data-driven decision making across conversion, AOV, margin, efficiency, and customer experience
- Thrives in operationally heavy environments and doesn’t mind getting into the weeds
- Curiosity around AI, innovation, and the future of e-commerce is a strong plus
