A top NYC-based healthcare institution is hiring a Director of Marketing to oversee Salesforce efforts and to lead business acquisition and growth opportunities for the brand. In this director-level role, you’ll own data analysis and acquisition efforts as well as run CRM for business strategy. The Director of Marketing Salesforce will be charged with partnering with senior leadership to create personalized Salesforce technology and drive business solutions.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. For the past 7 to 10 years, you’ve worked in marketing experience and have spent a minimum of 3 years focused on email marketing experience in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You have a history of driving business solutions — meaning you’re able to move beyond technical analytics — while working in consulting or brand development.
As a strategic thinker with a track record of identifying and executing business opportunities and leveraging data, you have experience managing large multi-touch marketing programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’re also highly skilled in tracking engagement metrics (open rate, click-through rate, unsubscribe rate, ROI, etc.) Experience working with healthcare or healthcare-adjacent clients or companies is a plus.
