A famed brand in the retail space is innovating the future of retail through a new customer-centric shopping experience, and they’re looking for a dynamic Director of Program Management to oversee all transformation initiatives across their high-profile retail websites and mobile apps.
As Director of Program Management, it will be your responsibility to implement a digital operating model that ensures precise execution. You’ll jump in and drive the annual planning process for digital, including building the roadmap and budget for this high-profile, ubiquitous retail brand. You’ll head up a strong team of program managers and coordinate with the product, engineering, design, analytics, and finance areas. You’ll also own upward communication of program status to the executive team, cross-functional leaders, and other stakeholders. This pivotal and influential leadership role reports to the VP of Digital Product Management.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have a proven track record of delivery, working and influencing in a cross-functional context, and collaborating and communicating effectively. With 7 to 10 years’ experience in leading and developing teams under your belt, you’ve planned and executed transformation initiatives and coached and managed key project owners. You can point to clear examples when you’ve turned ambiguous situations into clearly defined problems with actionable solutions.
You’re excited about rolling up your sleeves and getting hands-on with building new processes. Your background in facilitating quarterly business reviews and other program readouts means you’ll successfully create that process from the ground up here. In addition to your management acumen, you are an expert in Agile and Lean development, a strong negotiator, and an independent operator who thrives with minimal supervision.
