Salary range: $96,000 to $150,000 per year

The nation’s largest distributor of professional public safety equipment and apparel is investing heavily in their e-commerce segment, which is the main engine of growth for their whole omnichannel business. Now they need a natural-born leader to be the Divisional Merchandising Manager who will drive the overall product and assortment strategy for this company.
You will deliver successful results as measured by sales, gross profit, margin rate, GMROI and other key metrics. You will have a major sway over the direction of the merchandising team and establish winning strategies that will deliver through all sales channels. Plus, you’ll single-handedly build a dynamic merchant team and create deep vendor relationships that will propel the business forward.
In short, this is a really unique opportunity to serve as a key leader within the Merchandising and Inventory peer group, effecting company direction through the management of the product and vendor portfolio.
