Highly skilled E-Commerce Manager wanted!
Comp range: $55 to $75 per hour, Contract initially, potential to go Full Time
Support merchandising and optimization at a billion-dollar-and-growing eyewear company that sits at the nexus of healthcare and retail (yes, think the next Warby Parker). You will be the first-ever e-commerce hire, responsible for reporting, analysis, and developing merchandising and testing ideas to drive business performance. To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience driving significant growth for an e-commerce program.
Are You the Missing Piece?
You’re no stranger to understanding current performance vs. business goals and identifying key trends/drivers within an e-commerce setting. You can leverage web analytics and platform capabilities like site search to understand user intent and demand patterns. You have a proven track record of successfully managing a product portfolio and relevant content, including product specifications, pricing, and product detail page updates. Plus, you’re accustomed to partnering closely with internal marketing and CRM teams to execute successful campaigns.
What’s it going to take to score an interview?
- You’re hands-on with 5+ years working cross-functionally within a complicated e-commerce environment
- You’re an A/B testing pro, and site conversion is your middle name. You can look at analytics, see where people are dropping off, and spin that data into increased conversions.
- You’re a wizard with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Magento. Plus, you’re savvy with A/B testing tools like VTEX, Google Analytics, and PowerBI.
