Salary range: $100,000 to $132,800 per year

In response to their tremendous scale and success, they’re looking for an E-Commerce Business Development Manager to identify and cultivate relationships that scale a book of business with high potential e-commerce / omnichannel distributor partners.
In this role, you will engage with targeted distributor partners to build and execute account strategies while also collaborating across all internal departments. It will be your responsibility to leverage data and analytics, as well as “voice of customer” insights, to identify opportunities to develop and execute customer-centric strategies that drive profitable revenue growth and increase market share.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
The winning candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in direct sales in a B2B or B2B2C environment. In addition, you must have 3+ years’ experience doing sales or business development in the e-commerce or digital marketing workspace. Note, you must have demonstrated experience looking at data and analytics. Previous buying experience to help shape strategy is key.
You’re a self-starter with a proven ability to interact successfully with customers. Last but not least, you’re a natural-born leader who can inspire and motivate cross-functional, high performance teams.
