This for-profit, value-creating company is building a platform to address the private markets’ critical and immediate need for simple yet powerful tools to reduce the burden of collecting, managing, and benchmarking ESG data. In response to their rapid growth and expansion, they’re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing who blends marketing strategy and vision with demonstrated leadership. In this role, you will build, grow, and manage a dynamic, performance-driven marketing team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for the company’s core marketing and communications strategy and execution with a focus on driving growth by further strengthening the company’s awareness, perception, and reputation. You will be responsible for creating a lead-generation engine to feed the sales department with new business opportunities (from contact database consolidation to tracking through definition of inbound and outbound activities). Plus, you’ll conduct market intelligence analysis and measure the performance of all marketing team activities and campaigns, assess ROI against KPIs, and define activities and strategies to achieve them.
In short, this role will steer the vision for all elements of an integrated end-to-end marketing function, including media, brand, product and solution marketing, content and thought leadership, campaigns, demand generation, digital marketing, events, public relations, strategic communications … you get the idea!

Why You?
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
First of all, you’re a full-service marketer with 10+ years of experience in a high-growth B2B (ideally SaaS), $100M+-revenue company. You have a real passion for CSR/ESG and thought-leadership. You’re a natural-born leader with the ability to influence, work cross-functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders, and thrive in highly collaborative and fast-paced environments. You have a proven track record of building world-class brands from the ground up with a customer-first mindset at every touchpoint. It’s great if you have 5+ years of formal leadership and people-management experience. Proven success across all disciplines of marketing (product, branding, growth, strategy, social media, communications, business development) is a must. Plus, you have expertise in brand tracking, qualitative and quantitative research, creative testing, campaign analysis, and leading a roadmap of insights-driven marketing. Deep industry and market knowledge in the financial sector (ideally private equity) and/or ESG and sustainability is required (it will be hard to do this job without it!)
