A high-growth, premier healthcare company with a unique retail tilt needs a detailed-oriented, process driven person to join their marketing team as a Marketing Strategy and Operations Manager. In this role, you will lead onboarding for newly acquired business partners as it relates to the marketing team, including leading the marketing practice acquisition process, optimizing for greater efficiency, and strategizing marketing and communication plans.
This is a project management-heavy role requiring thought leadership and knowledge of acquisition marketing. In this position, you will collaborate with the Director of Local Marketing Strategy and Ops to establish a branding plan, stand up internal organization systems, ensure marketing tasks are complete, and fully integrate overarching practices into the business model.

You have 5-7 years of professional experience in marketing, operations, and/or project management and are a fast-learner with keen attention to detail and high-level organizational skills. You are positive, collaborative, and very diplomatic when communicating. You have partnered with other departments to meet business needs, have strong organizational and analytical skills, and are capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
In past roles, you’ve established and nurtured effective relationships with internal and external partners. Your entrepreneurial approach, sense of ownership, intrinsic drive for quality, and willingness to problem-solve make you a natural and effective leader across departments. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
