For their new Mobile App Innovation, Senior Product Manager, this iconic player in on- and off-line retail wants a person who will figure out the “what” as well as the “how” (and throw in the “when” while they’re at it). Forget moving buttons and tweaking colors: with only the most high-level direction from your leadership, you’ll strategize and lead the build of complex, customer-centric digital solutions by assessing the current landscape, identifying pain points and opportunities, and roadmapping the achievable path to a best-in-class experience. In this individual contributor role, your creativity and ingenuity will shine as you collaborate cross-functionally with development, UX, logistics, merchandising, and more.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You’re a product and process visionary with at least 6 years of experience leading wide-scope product management efforts — creating user stories, A/B testing, generating and analyzing data. You’ve worked at companies that are leaders in integrating mobile app or web experience with real-world commerce (think omnichannel retail, tech-intermediated transport/travel/lodging, big-ticket e-commerce with in-person fulfillment). We want to hear how you took broad directions or strategic challenges and figured out how to achieve them while building innovative, holistic new experiences for the customer.
