The Hired Guns are seeking a Paid Search Strategist with 2 to 3 years of paid search campaign experience to join a dynamic, creative, collaborative media agency with an unbeatable corporate culture.
The Nitty Gritty
The backstory on the organization and why they need to hire you!
A best-in-class agency (this company is consistently ranked as a top place to work) is looking for a hungry, driven Paid Search Strategist to develop and execute pay-per-click campaign strategies across multiple accounts for a number of large, high-profile clients. People management—mentoring junior staffers and managing relationships with clients—is a big part of the role. SEM expertise plus an interesting, quick, and adaptable personality are musts.
Why You?
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You’re ready to hit the ground running and start hustling on Day One. You know what it takes to craft and carry out highly effective PPC campaigns across multiple accounts—without a lot of hand-holding— and are ready to lean into your leadership skills in order to mentor junior teammates.
Already, you have 2-3 years of experience running paid search campaigns on the agency or client side. (Experience in optimizing campaigns for Pharma and/or Retail clients is a plus.) In your previous manager, coordinator, or assistant roles, you’ve developed strong workflow management skills and are an expert in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite. Some light coding skills (like SQL, Python, or R) sure wouldn’t hurt.
The Inside Skinny
Why you should quit your job right now and join this organization!
This close-knit, dedicated, and rapidly-scaling agency is a fantastic place to grow your career. You’ll be surrounded by independent thinkers with initiative, a love of autonomy, and a zest for communication and collaboration, within a culture that celebrates talent, creativity, and energy while putting a premium on seeing team members cultivate rich outside-work lives.
