The Hired Guns are seeking a Paid Search Strategist with two to three years of paid search campaign experience for retail and pharma clients to join a dynamic, creative, collaborative media agency with an unbeatable corporate culture.
The Nitty Gritty
The backstory on the organization and why they need to hire you!
As the Paid Search Strategist, you’ll hit the ground running and start hustling from Day One. You’ve got enough seasoning to know what it takes to craft and carry out highly effective PPC campaigns across multiple accounts without a lot of hand-holding. And you’ve got the people skills and personality to mentor junior teammates and develop relationships with your clients.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
In order to land this strategist-level position, you’ll need two to three years of experience (including managing an assistant) on the agency or client side. Pharma experience would be great, but it’s not a requirement. Retail experience and optimizing campaigns are strong pluses, as are the ability to manage workflow and hold your own with clients. Hands-on must-have skills include Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite, and some light coding skills (like SQL, Python, or R) sure wouldn’t hurt.
Beyond those tangibles, this agency loves interesting teammates with rich outside-work lives, along with an independent spirit and entrepreneurial mindset. They’re looking for independent thinkers with initiative, a love of autonomy, and a zest for communication and collaboration.
The Inside Skinny
Why you should quit your job right now and join this organization!
This agency consistently lands on all kinds of best-places-to-work lists. It’s close-knit, dedicated, and growing rapidly: a fantastic place to grow your career, because your advancement potential is limited only by your talent, creativity, and energy.
