As the Paid Social Advertising Lead for this unique and fascinating organization, you’ll deploy your deep knowledge of paid social advertising on Facebook to create new social marketing campaigns for the company’s clients and use analytical tools to track campaign progress and make adjustments as needed. You’ll build and execute the paid social advertising strategy, manage the paid social budget, carry out buys for Facebook (mostly), and oversee day-to-day campaign execution. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring and measuring campaign performance using web analytics tools, track KPIs continuously, and provide ongoing actionable insights to senior management and other stakeholders, including clients.
All the while, it’ll be up to you to ensure that all content is on-brand and consistent in style, quality and tone. And you’ll keep your finger on the pulse of the latest developments and techniques in paid social so you and the organization can stay ahead of the game.
Mentorship and training are very important components of this job—they want someone in-house who can train team members, get them up to speed, and keep them consistently current on the paid social landscape.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have a minimum six years of experience in paid social advertising. If you’ve worked in the healthcare industry, bonus points. You have a passion for being in-the-know on the newest social media trends, and you’ve got expert-level skills with major social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram, with SnapChat, TikTok and Pinterest a plus.
You have a degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field and have a solid knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels, with amazing collaborative skills and an innate sense of how social fits into the overall marketing mix. You’re detail-oriented and highly analytical, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills round out the complete picture.
