For the challenging role of Paid Social Media Strategist, this innovator in a big sector of the healthcare industry needs a true engagement genius with a quantitative and analytical approach that’s more about targeting and results than about storytelling, pictures, and polls. This company’s entire marketing philosophy is about measurable performance, and paid social is no exception. When you join this team, you’ll take the reins on existing paid social media, looking at the existing roadmap and making changes as you see fit. You’ll identify key success metrics as you implement your strategy, analyze results and iterate using an Agile test-and-learn methodology as you grow more familiar with the team and the business.

You have a track record of designing and executing social media strategy and campaigns that achieve high levels of engagement among targeted audiences. You’re an expert in all the tools of the trade, especially Facebook ad optimization. You’re highly collaborative, motivated and driven yet easy-going, and you thrive as an independent expert in your field who knows what to do and when to do it with no hand-holding.
