A best-in-class agency (this company is consistently ranked as a top place to work) is looking for two hungry, driven Paid Social Strategists to run social campaigns from end-to-end planning to execution, optimization, and measurement. In this role, you will identify best practices and improve internal processes, educate and mentor colleagues, and consistently dazzle your clients.
Working with the account management team to identify clients’ needs and goals, your campaigns will go beyond brand awareness to get results by mapping out strategies, leveraging analytical tools to optimize and measure performance, and sailing past KPIs. Keeping on top of new and emerging trends and platforms in social media is paramount in this position.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You’re a blend of detail-oriented and big-picture — with you, nothing falls between the cracks, but you’re always thinking about new ways to grab attention and plan immersive experience. (This is not an assembly line role.) With 1 to 3 years’ experience in Paid Social Management under your belt, you know how to execute and optimize campaigns and have a deep understanding of social media platforms—especially Facebook. (Experience with retail/pharma clients and/or campaigns that drive store traffic are a plus.)
You’re creative and collaborative, and you thrive in an autonomous environment. You have solid skills in ComScore, eMarketer, Netbase, Facebook Power Editor and Ads Manager, and third-party ad measurement and traffic tools (Doubleclick – DCM/DFA). And you are ready to pass on your knowledge to junior team members and help grow the team.
