As a Paid Social Strategist, you’ll come to the party with a broad skill set in social campaigns, particularly Facebook. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of your clients’ campaigns. Working with the account management team, you’ll wrap your head around a client’s needs and goals and map out a strategy. After launching, you’ll know which analytical tools to use to measure performance and how to optimize to hit your KPIs. And with your superior social knowledge and great communication skills, you’ll wow the client with your analysis and reporting.
You’ll keep on top of new and emerging trends and platforms in social—not just because it’s your job, but also because you just plain love the space. That will enable you to identify best practices and improve internal processes, educate and mentor your colleagues, and consistently dazzle your clients.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You’re a perfect blend of detail-oriented and big-picture: nothing falls between the cracks, but you’re thinking about how to grab attention with immersive experiences, not just plugging and chugging. You’ve got one to three years’ experience in paid social planning, execution, and optimization and a deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook. We’ll be looking for relevant category experience, obviously: in pharma for the pharma-focused role, or in retail (with a preference for experience with campaigns that drive store traffic; if you’ve only done brand awareness, that’s not going to be a fit).
We’d love to find solid skills in ComScore, eMarketer, Netbase, Facebook Power Editor and Ads Manager, and third-party ad measurement and traffic tools (Doubleclick – DCM/DFA).
