A Series-B startup that is bringing modern sustainability to the baby-care market needs a Product Manager, Growth who is ready to sink their teeth into owning the user experience of the website. You’ll be leading the charge on all things front-end through the entire funnel of their growing e-commerce website. While bringing a strong sense of UX into this role is important, they’re looking for someone who has previously focused on growth product management and knows how to use A/B testing to validate ideas. You’ll also be responsible for all the typical BAU product duties: writing thorough user stories with clearly defined criteria, working with directors to prioritize backlog and build a sprint plan, and directing engineers through the product roadmap.
Day-to-day you will be working closely with product, engineering, and UX to deliver features, functionality, and enhancements within the digital suite in order to support a company that creates smart, high-performing products that make parents’ lives easier and are better for the environment.
Why You?
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have 3+ years of experience working with a tech-focused startup, ideally with experience in subscription or e-commerce. You’ve run growth testing, launched A/B tests, and have a deep understanding of e-comm tech stack. Experience with Headless CMS, recharge API, or Shopify stores is a huge plus. As a self-motivated and impact-oriented product manager, you have a track record of rolling up your sleeves and seeing things over the finish line. You work quickly and flexibly and are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping an eye on the big picture.
