Comp range: $80,000 to $100,000 base per year, plus bonus

This $1.5-billion home services company is undergoing impressive growth because they are focused on two things: data-driven decision-making and improving the customer journey. To keep up with their expansion, they’re looking for a Regional Marketing Manager for the Plumbing business line who wants a high-visibility role with complete ownership to strategize, implement, and generate results.
Your day-to-day will be giving data insights and marketing channel mix strategies to the GMs of various regions throughout the country, VPs, and the Marketing department. You’re not hands-on keys; instead, you’re the Master of the Universe using Power BI to lead channel mix strategies with an intent focus on the customer journey and what will ultimately drive revenue growth.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related business field who has 5+ years of marketing and analytical experience. A mix of B2C, franchise, and service industry experience is preferred, along with an analytical mind-set, the ability to make data-driven decisions, and a talent for collaborating across functions and product lines. You must have expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and preferably wield impressive skills in Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools as well.
Note, some travel may be required. This position is remote, and you can be based anywhere in the United States, except that the company is unable to hire residents of Arizona, Colorado, Maine, or Washington state.
