Salary range: $100,000 to $130,000 per year

This is a role that enables sellers to kill it. As Sales Enablement Marketing Manager, it will be your responsibility to give account executives the right data at the right time. You will help set strategy, measurable goals, and objectives for programs and campaigns that connect the sales conversation to the online conversation.
You will contribute to the lead process including campaign definition, lead scoring, lead routing, dispositioning, and nurturing as leads turn into sales enablement targets. Plus, you will develop compelling content, leveraging analytics to drive high impact messaging and campaigns. You’ll also have your hand in optimizing sales tools. You will help in the development of customer segmentation models and maintenance of the segmentation personas, while analyzing customer data to identify new opportunities.
In short, you will help create the behind-the-scenes magic that will ultimately give customers a seamless experience and grow revenue for this company.
How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
The ideal candidate has 5+ years working in sales enablement or a similar function, preferably in a medium to large corporate environment. You must have experience looking at sales data to understand what customers are currently doing on the web. You know how to deploy campaigns and journeys to meet the customer where they are and work to grow revenue.
Excellent PowerPoint presentation capabilities for external-facing audiences are a must. It’s a given that you have experience working with inside and outside sales reps. You have a proven track record of developing and executing customer-segmentation models. Plus, you know how to develop sales tools and collateral. Experience creating quarterly business review templates is a plus, as is experience with Salesforce or Highspot.
