A multi-billion-dollar, well-trafficked media platform is looking for a data-driven problem-solver to join their team. As Sales Research Analyst, you will leverage this company’s worldwide user data and syndicated resources to produce perceptive findings on clients’ digital marketing campaigns that prove ROI and drive renewal. You’ll partner with other members of the research team on larger research initiatives such as content insights, trend reports, and general thought leadership. Plus, you’ll drive renewal by developing and executing ad effectiveness studies that prove the value of a clients’ investment on this media platform.
If you’re proactive about bringing in new ideas and inventing ways that extensive data can be used to strengthen client relationships, then this is the gig for you! Not to mention, it’s a really exciting time to jump onboard this high-energy research sales team focused on breaking and accelerating revenue across key categories…for a global company in the midst of a game-changing transformation (think travel-meets-retail-meets-global-media). How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in basic quantitative research and/or analytics in either a digital marketing agency or publisher setting. Working in a sales environment is a bit of a whirlwind, but you have a fast-paced metabolism and thrive with quick requests and turnarounds. You have extensive experience with syndicated media research tools (e.g. MRI, comScore, SimilarWeb and ListenFirst), web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), and third-party research platforms (e.g. Mintel, eMarketer). You’re a trusted teacher and presenter i.e. you’re at your best when standing before an attentive audience and showing them the clear, actionable findings you just discovered in your recent analysis. Weaving riveting stories around your data findings excites you. You’re a collaborative team-player and highly self-motivated: you thrive whether working on your own or with other bright professionals who can provide valuable perspectives, insights, and expertise. You must be passionate about travel and lifestyle. Experience with ad effectiveness is a huge plus.
