The Hired Guns are seeking a Senior E-Commerce Merchandising Manager to be accountable for the continuous improvement of user experience across multiple web properties for the nation’s leading public safety equipment company. This role is remote, and you must be able to work during standard Eastern or Central Time business hours.
Salary range: $80,000 to $110,000 per year

In response, they’re looking for a highly skilled Senior E-Commerce Merchandising Manager to own and continually improve the end-to-end customer experience on multiple web properties through journeys (CX and UX) for all customer segments. You will personalize based on purchasing and engagement behaviors and continually improve product discoverability by optimizing navigation, categorization, search, filters, recommendations, boost, and other merchandising mechanisms. This role collaborates with the branding and creative teams to effectively project value propositions to users across all web properties. It will be your responsibility to ensure all site creative fits with each brand’s guidelines.

You have 10+ years of digital site merchandising experience in e-commerce with 5+ years’ direct-to-consumer experience. You must have a proven track record of project managing medium to large programs and scaling those programs with ease and organization. You have a passion for testing and measuring results and experience designing complex tests, optimizing based on results. You’re a skilled communicator and can articulate points of view, hypotheses, and business justifications backed by data. You will need to have strong skills with Excel and other analytical tools. Familiarity with the Google Workspace suite of products is a must.
