A fast-scaling not-for-profit membership organization (they help their members improve their financial standing through products, services, and political organizing) needs a Senior Manager, Digital Growth to execute paid social ad campaigns. In this role, you will partner with vendors, build strong relationships with marketing partners, evaluate digital advertising performance, and drive the paid advertising program across social channels.

How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising and are ready to jump into a fast and ever-changing environment that requires moving quickly to meet shifting goals and leading your team to achieve growth. Having managed significant annual ad budgets of $500K+, you can point to examples of creating audience growth through registration and memberships and increasing brand awareness.
Your past experience includes executing and optimizing advertising campaigns across digital platforms and working closely with vendors/partners. You have a background in advocacy, legislation, or non-profits, and you understand the electoral campaign calendar.
