As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for plotting out the roadmap and working with engineers to set priorities at a startup-style division of the world’s largest supplier of promotional products, operating on five continents and selling to over 100 countries around the globe (that’s a lot!). The competition is thick in this rapidly-changing industry of personalized products, and, following a dramatic increase in demand due to COVID-19, they need a firecracker Senior Product Manager to monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities and capability gaps. How you’ll know if you’re a fit…
You have 6 -10+ years of experience in Product Management roles. You’re not a traditional engineer or developer, but you’re comfortable enough with technology to be able to help engineers reconcile technical trade-offs and understand the implications of those trade-offs before they get put into code. Basically, you need to feel comfortable pushing back and speaking in tech jargon.
You provide leadership with strong visibility into KPI’s. You’re proactive by nature, and you’re excited about the prospect of being an early hire in the entire product team. You thrive in a startup-style environment, but appreciate having full access to all the amenities of a global corporation backing your division.
